Hey Friend,

It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I had to take a break as life got a bit complicated and difficult. I didn’t expect the break to last five years!

I’ve been having a look back at my previous posts and wondered why I ever stopped. Finding the joy in all the crazy, boring, funny, icky, sticky, surprising days is what life is about. So, I’m back 😊

In the last five years our family has seen: my eldest leaving primary and starting secondary school; my son starting school; Mr E getting prostate cancer; separation; reuniting; the death of my grandmother; my middle child leaving primary and starting secondary school; studying for my Masters; not to mention lockdowns, home-schooling, temp work and unemployment. It’s been a whole lot!

I had a couple of drafts that I’ll update, and post and I will try to fill in the gaps of the silent years but expect to hear from me more regularly.
